Nuclean Pro, the automatic chemical cleanout cabinet

Nuclean Pro is an integrated, automated system designed to effectively remove residues from previous processing and ensure the highest quality finished product. Once the electroforming process is complete, the part to be chemically treated is placed in the machine’s loading drawer. After starting the cleaning cycle, the automatic handling trolley transfers the material to the appropriate working tank according to the configuration of the processes entered.

Nuclean Pro is integrated with advanced automation software that makes it easy to manage and monitor all stages of the cleaning process:

• Real-time monitoring of the cleaning and washing phases;
• Specific work cycles for each item processed;
• Treatment times;
• Control of operating conditions during each treatment phase;
• Safety sensors to monitor critical parameters;
• Management of the cleaning solution (make-up and draining of the spent solution).

The cleaning of the jewel occurs through the use of specific acid solutions, which dissolve excess metals and other impurities that can compromise the finish, carat and quality of the final piece. Nuclean Pro is designed to convey acid vapors into the fume treatment system, ensuring safety in the working environment.

The protective windows allow the operator to supervise the process without risk and the chemicals are loaded and unloaded from the treatment tanks via a system managed from the main control panel.
