Full customer support

Our team of specialists is always available to support the customer, from design to staff education, at every stage of the production process:
• Preparation and pretreatment of matrices;
• Draining and internal cleaning after electroforming;
• Heat treatment and galvanic finishing of the semi-finished product.
We provide the customer with the necessary skills and know-how to start working independently, and we constantly support them by making Nutec LAB available for tests and checks.

Complete supply and customer self-sufficiency

The electroforming process is complex and requires different equipment, machinery and technologies for each individual phase. Nutec International can provide all the necessary support equipment for chemical treatment, metalworking and final finishing.

It is possible to modulate the supply based on an assessment of the current situation, to propose profiled solutions for each customer:

• Complete, turnkey installation for companies that are approaching electroforming for the first time;
• Supervision of a line already in production and assessment of the need for interventions and improvements;
• Supply of only the Auroform Monolith machine and the necessary chemistry.
